It is so beautiful in countless ways; both of your work and mission.
I feel exuberant as I continue to watch your videos, practice meditation, and read your literature.
It is so refreshing to feel good again and be so positive.
I did feel some negativity slip in though in recent days.
I am trying to forgive myself and work through this after it happens & when if I catch myself.
Yet this negativity is nothing like before.
No raging as I walk around my house.
I just realize that I reacted to device problems and a trip to the sprint store, some problems with credit card charges.
I am pondering these things and attempting to forgive myself and let go of anything I am not happy with on my end.
And of course continuing with the meditations and videos. Today I listened to all of the videos of initiation four.
First I watched the last three. Then I watched the first video again while exercising with hand held weights. When finished I moved onto the second video with the guided meditation. This was my second time through this meditation. I listened to the first video many times over the last few days while doing other things. I want to ensure I get everything.
My ability to focus though is getting much better.
I was glad I listened to video 1 again because I heard the part about some people getting help from angels as they travel through the Moon. I am a cancer by zodiac. I have always felt a strong connection with the moon.
As I did this meditation today, while at the moon I opened my pink heart shaped door to my Antahkarana for three angels who entered and stayed with me to help me on my journey out into infinity up to God and with removing blockages.
I thought I would like to draw my Antahkarana. I am gifted in music, dance, math, baking and cooking amongst other things, but I have never had a natural talent for drawing. I will try anyways, for the fun of it.
The connection to the flame in the earth’s core came quickly.
I was imagining the golden cord and white light surrounding my Antahkarana moving faster than the speed of light.
I saw the golden cord coming up through the base of the Antahkarana filling my Antahkarana with healthy golden light.
I was continually correcting my posture when my awareness led me too do so. I experienced pain in my pelvic area that became intense and even sharp.
I realized this happened most when I allowed the curvature in my lower spine to properly relax.
I tend to tighten this area, straightening the spine behind my pelvis.
I realized I am doing this to protect and avoid feeling the pain.
I worked with the pelvic pain, blowing and painting the golden energy into this area.
The angels were helping to ease tensions, rubbing my shoulders for a few seconds along with the lower back, lovingly encouraging me to relax these areas that I tend to tighten.
I started vomiting the black goo.
Then I saw the black goo coming out of my navel, vagina, ears and even my nose, when my mouth was closed.
The angels lovingly got a golden basin to collect the black goo and sent it away in a chute of golden energy back down to the center of the earth.
I experienced knee pain in my right knee and another time in my left knee.
I resisted the temptation to move and visualized the golden cord working the heat into these areas as well.
Black goo continued to leave my orifices; sometimes in a stream and sometimes in spurts.
The angels and I continued collecting the back goo, sending it away with the golden cord to be dissipated in the center of the earth.
It was a good session.
My body feels strong and I feel positive.
In regards to relationship problems I tend to get guilt when I set firm boundaries with people.
I heard Honey talk about how she wanted to spread the message of enlightenment to others before achieving it herself.
I realize that it is part ego that feels “I” can fix these relationships.
I realize now is time for me to work on myself and lovingly create firm boundaries with confusing and/or abusive people.
In time I will see the truth about them and our relationships.
I am curious about my zodiac chart and astrology in general so I looked up the page where you discuss these things.
I will continue studying.
I am sure I will be writing back before then about my meditations.
I will listen to the last three videos of initiation 4 one more time and then I plan to move onto initiation 5. Very exciting for me!

On the evening of day one we assumed the cross-legged ‘easy position’, which I never thought, was possible for me. I maintained this position for one hour!
We started Yoga breathing and got into alignment with the earth energy, at first it was difficult to feel the connection. Satch then came over to me and aligned my body correctly, I then immediately felt the energy flow.
This flow became stronger as time elapsed until again I felt strong emotion, first I cried and then I laughed, the energy flow was much stronger and was continually flowing without any effort. I actually felt as if I didn’t want to break the connection, although there was a delicious pesticide free meal on the table!
Day two a.m. was even more dramatic, once in meditation I was continually clearing negative emotions, although what they were I do not know, I was shaking and crying.
We also learnt the Hatha Yoga ‘master position’; I only thought gymnasts would be able do this one! Negative energy again started clearing but this time during and after the position. I didn’t know I had so much dross on board.
The advantage of Energy Enhancement is that you do not have to experience every single negative experience you ever had, it is swept away as a “job lot” so you feel it going, but it is not unpleasant! This is really good, who wants to experience all the bad things again!!
We are off to Roses this afternoon for a sauna and a meal. I am really looking forward to this evening’s meditation and Energy Enhancement!
Day 3, a.m., we received a Reiki initiation today, although this was the second time for me it was completely different from the first time back home.
I felt lots of energy flowing while Devi’s hands were on my shoulder, I also got a vision of a sword, apparently this could mean breaking of some energy connections, which may have been of a negative nature.
We then continued meditation with the Fire Ceremony. This consists of sending your negative energy down an energy tube for purifying by the ‘Atomic Flame’ at the center of the earth. The energy is then returned as ‘pure gold’ to the body’s energy field and this starts an energy circulation, which can then be used to burn through energy blockages.
This is called the Kundalini Kriyas.
During this burning I released again waves of negative energy and started shaking and laughing.
Day 3, p.m., connecting to the God energy. Started with meditation pose and circulating energy as in the Fire Ceremony, we then sent our connection out through the earth’s atmosphere and out the galaxy and universe by imagining we were in the starship enterprise at warp 10, beam me up Scotty!
We then went on to the Spiritual Sun (soul) and went to its centre. From there through a door and onto the Monad (in charge of many souls) and from the centre of the Monad upwards to God.
One may encounter blockages of negative energy on the way up and have to ‘breathe’ our energy through them.
I found a very powerful one just before the white light of the God energy, it consisted of a black goo.
I was finding it impossible to fight through, my legs were hurting, my back was hurting from the meditation pose and I was on the verge of defeat. I told Satch and he said that it was probably time to come down again, as soon as he said that it made me want to do the opposite!
I broke through and contacted the God energy. Well what an energy flow took place then! It felt unlike any of the other flows and my negative energy starting clearing good style. I was shaking, crying and then finally laughing. This lasted for a few minutes and then finally subsided.
This energy flow started from myself, to the God energy, from the God energy and back to me and then down to the atomic flame, negative energies purified and sent back up through the body and up again. This is known as the ‘Macrocosmic Orbit, The Energy Enhancement Supra Galactic Orbit’ of energy.
Day 4, a.m., feeling quite whacked out today, no energy, found it difficult to maintain yoga poses and was aching all over. We had 3rd Reiki initiation with Devi, felt a lot of energy flow through shoulders. Had breakfast and went for some z’s to recover.
Day 4 p.m., did further clearing of negative energies, but this time much more powerful, I had a blockage in the chest and the energy was so intense I felt as if I was having a heart failure! This sensation passes quickly and even after breaking the pose I could feel the energy flow and I broke out into laughter.
Day 5, a.m., talk by Satch about grounding the effects of any food that we have eaten in the past, or are about to eat and have just eaten (stage 5 of Energy Enhancement). Unfortunately lots of meals I had eaten were bad! Lots of grounding to do!
Also more importantly how to ground negative energy blockages within the body. One can with the right technique use the God energy and beams of energy from the third eye and the heart to zap these out of the way. This additional technique is very powerful and level of clearing is much more intense again.
How much more powerful can we go?!
Satchidanand - Happiness
When I was five my Father and Mother asked me what I wanted in Life and I said, “Happiness” My father said, “Wouldn’t you like a Rolls Royce?” But I said, “No, Happiness will do..”
When I was Fourteen I saw all my useless future life and at the end of it I saw myself dying and for three days I really knew I was going to die. I started doing Yoga every night without telling anyone. I read the Lord of the Rings.
When I was Twenty-one I had exactly the same experience of seeing my future and my death and I started reading Gurdjieff and Spiritual Books.
When I was 28 I read the words, “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” in the prospectus for a Yoga Teacher training Course. Just reading these words caused such a reaction in my being, that I knew I had to take the Course.
I completed the Course, I trained in Aikido, I started to Meditate every day and after a year of preparation I met Zen Master Hogen.
I met Swami Satchidananda a couple of years later.
At the age of 32 I became Enlightened...
THE UNCONSCIOUS COMPETENT
I remember when I was with Zen Master Hogen doing Shikantaza, just sitting, in a Seshein in Oxford in 1981.
Previously I had been practising my meditation for a year and had got up to a daily sitting of thirty minutes.
Of course having been previously taught the Kundalini Kriyas and Alchemical VITRIOL - I had been practising Yoga every night from the age of fourteen.
Then I practised Pranayama and Agnisar Kriya from age twenty-one - which we teach in the Energy Enhancement Level Zero Course or Live in Iguazu.
Then I became a Yoga Teacher whilst working in Computers with Joint Honours Degrees in Physics, Electronics and Mathematics.
I was using those techniques of the Kundalini Kriyas and Alchemical VITRIOL in my Shikantaza.
But I knew never to tell anyone what I was doing, even my Yoga and Pranayama from the age of Fourteen, because if you tell anyone what you are doing they will immediately oppose you and try to stop you doing it.
Spiritual practise is precious yet fragile.

During a week long Seshein in Oxford in 1981, “A time when we try harder” - a retreat week of eight hours per day of Zen practice (bowing, chanting, sitting and walking) and yoga, work and rest periods, and vegetarian meals eaten in traditional temple style.
The first Seshein I tried my legs hurt.
Hogen said the first time he tried Seshein, he had to crawl to the toilet.
But I needed to sleep less than the other Sesheiners because I was able to ground the clouds of negative karmic mass black goo emanating from the meditation sitting practise.
This was the technique of Alchemical VITRIOL where we learn to ground negative energies and burn the ring in the fires of mount Orodruin, the fires of Mount Doom, where Frodo destroyed the One Ring.
Fire which can burn the deepest karma.
But fire can not burn or harm the Essential You.
Fire can not harm, burn, the Psychic Body of you.
And of course, burning negative energy creates piles of positive energy which enabled me during Seshein to sleep for only four hours where the rest could not sleep enough.
VITRIOL is a Latin acronym - Visita Interiora Terrae Rectificando Invenies Occultem Lapidem
Which describes a guided meditation of Tamil Siddar Bhogar’s Kundalini Kriyas and the Five Elemental circulations of the Qi of the Taoist Meditational Orbits which we teach in the Energy Enhancement Level One Video Course or Live in Iguazu.
So I got the job of the knocker upper, to awaken the rest at 5am!
And to clean the toilets to dampen my ego!
We asked Hogen what time he slept. He said 1am.
We asked Hogen what time he awoke, he said 2am.
This is normal for those who can transmute negative energy in Samadhi and use it for the health of the body.
After the seshein my daily meditation practise went up to one hour morning and evening.
Every morning after the sessein at 7am Hogen threw me out of bed for meditation.
I was cognisant. There was Hogen in Japan or Australia, and there was I born 6 miles from Durham Cathedral - voted the most beautiful Cathedral in Europe. Home to the Venerable Bede. Resting place for the bones of Saint Cuthbert.
Every morning I saw Hogen psychically entering into my base chakra and cleaning it - every day before he told me to get out of bed and meditate.
He used to say, “Can you feel my breath blowing, even at 10,000 miles”
Yes, we all stand on the shoulders of giants!
The second Seshein I was able to maintain samadhi, bathed in the light above the head. Out of the body. Out of the pain of the body. For the whole week...
Bathing in the Light of the Soul...
Higher than the Soul - the brilliant white light chakra like the flame of an oxy-acetylene torch, much higher than the soul.
SAMADHI - THE TREE OF LIFE REPRESENTS THE ANTAHKARANA CHAKRAS ABOVE THE HEAD
In dokusan, talking to Zen Master Hogen where you get to meet him individually, an experience with truth, I told him of my experiences in meditation during the seshein..
First I saw myself as a baby in the pram in my first house in Spennymoor, 1 Park Parade. There I was in the pram and I came out of my body and travelled throughout the house from room to room.
And then in another experience during meditation I told Hogen I went high into the Antahkarana, in the chakras above the head. First I saw the first chakra above the head, my Soul. And there I was all my thousands of past lifetime hanging in space like a three dimensional array of spheres..
Then to check out my apprehension that these were all past lifetimes, I entered into one of the past lifetimes and saw I was a warrior, violent, gladiator, the arena.
ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?
And Hogen said, “We can spend three hundred years uselessly perusing these lifetimes”
I agreed and said this was what I knew internally - looking at all my mad egos and the stupidities I had entered into in all my past lifetimes. So I said that immediately I had gone higher into the light.
Higher into the Soul.
Past the Soul.
Higher and Higher into the Intense - a cannot tell you how intense! White Light of Sirius, the home of the Christ.
And Hogen was very pleased, and he consciously expanded his golden aura in happiness, in Samadhi.
I psychically saw his Golden Aura, so I bathed in his light of the Soul.
And Zen Master Hogen was happy, “See how he has grown” he said to my friend, Granville.”
Gold is the Soul..
So, that is why I met, needed to meet, my Sat-Guru Tamil Siddar Swami Satchidananda.
Satchidananda radiated the Brilliant intense White Light of Sirius.
Sirius, the home of the Christ..
In Swami Satchidananda’s Ashram in Virginia.
In the pressure of the Satchidananda Buddhafield.
I was able to go higher in my meditation and meet ancient sages of the past higher in the chakras above the head, “Unconditioned by time, He is the teacher of even the most ancient teachers.”
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Book One, Sutra 24 - Isvara is the supreme Purusha (The highest chakra above the head), unaffected by any afflictions, actions, fruits of actions or by any inner impressions of desires.
Isvara is the highest chakra above the head, the supreme purity. When we purify the ANTAHKARANA of all of its Energy Blockages we become aware of our connection to God. The standard Hindu sayings are.. “I Am that” and “You are that also” which we only realise in Illumination.
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Book One, Sutra 25 - In Him is the complete manifestation of the seed of omniscience.
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Book One, Sutra 26 - Unconditioned by time, He is the teacher of even the most ancient teachers.
“The “Prajna Paramita” from the Heart Sutra chanted by Zen Buddhists for hundreds of years, are the words of the Buddha about meditation where he says that, “All Sages and Saints for thousands of years Live from Prajna Paramita” or the Highest Wisdom chakras above the head. Founded in the Earth the highest saints realise the higher chakras - the higher processors - above the head as they explore and clean the ANTAHKARANA. With more chakra processors working as parallel processors this ritambhara prajna is the result - And More!!
When you transcend the mind through proper concentration, you feel the Cosmic Force or God. It is higher than the intellect, as the energy descends it informs the Intellect; I call it, “Intelligent Energy”. You can check your experience with the scriptures or through the word of sages and saints but it is known by you through your own experience. Until then all you have heard and read and visualized will be by your own mind. Experiencing God is something which is genuine and comes only when you transcend the mind.
