Some Alien patterns may be the result of mutual reception (two planets each in the rulership sign of the other), e.g., Moon in Aquarius, Uranus in Cancer, a mutual reception Uranian Vessel. The difference between the natural Aliens and the mutual reception Aliens seems to be that the latter can allow their inherent talents and abilities to lie quiescent while the natural Alien internal constructs push from within for awakening and must be dealt with in some way.
