When I was young I exemplified wanting to help humanity by becoming another Einstein taking two degrees in Physics and Electronics but for me all I found was corruption and could not continue to work in this field.
I fell back on my experiences age 7 when I saw one of my past lives and at 14 when I had the experience of seeing myself die age 86 - all the blood flowing out of my body after a normal life of marriage and 2.5 children. The death affected me for a few days until I had another experience of seeing myself die again at age 21 again seeing myself die very old.
My Soul was telling me to hurry Up!! It was saying a normal life for me was not possible! Jesus was teaching in the temples age 12. Me, I was late starting age 35!
I started yoga by myself from a book not telling anyone else from age 14. I started pranayama from the Hatha Yoga Book by Theos Bernard at age 21. I started meditation age 28 by myself for a year and then with Hogen and Satchidananda until 35 when I started to teach Yoga and Meditation.
Prananyama and Agnisar Kriya builds up the ability to contain and channel prana. Holding the breath Kumbaka and Bandha - activates the Yama - Lord of Death - side of Pranayama where you battle with death every time you hold the breath. It enables you to remove fear filled subpersonalities.
I became a Spiritual Healer with the British National Federation of Spiritual Healers age 21.

I think because my Sun is conjunct with Saturn, every seven years of my life I have had psychic experiences of initiation. Every Master of Meditation in India, Hogen, Satchidananda, Sathya Sai Baba, Sri Yogendra, Father Bede Grifiths gave me energy and psychic experiences.
At 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56 years of age.

Okay Swami,
I'm gonna seven step all of these. You have a book about enlightenment where you list all of these. I read it and I seven stepped all of these before. But, I'm gonna write them down in my notebook and take them in to meditation to seven step them all again. I just wanted to tell you that. You are right. When I look at my Antakarana now, it is really white. Getting whiter and whiter. Thank you, Swamiji.

I understand now Swami. Before when I seven stepped all these vows, I removed a lot. But, now when I go up the Antahkarana and then I seven step the vows. I get a vision of my past life. Sometimes 2 or three lives when I made the same type of vows. I am halfway through. I let you know when I finish.
Man, Swami. I was in a lot of secret groups and covens and egyptian orders and old chinese priest temples and many european monk orders, knighthoods, and these types of things. I saw that this is why I always gravitated to martial arts and energy arts and secret societies and things like that. They always come easy to me and I am always the top student of my teachers and its like I have known them before. It all feels a part of me. When I go through these vows, it's like me going through a bunch of memories. I'm gonna keep going. Thank you Swami.

Jonananda 25th September 2023 - Swami, I was listening to the first table talk with Nickananda. I am going to listen to the other one next. I think I understand Swami. What you said in this email. I keep trying to live a normal life, too. I was just explaining to my girlfriend last night. She asked me why I left women in the past. I tried to explain to her that I keep going up higher and higher in energy and the women just want to stay the same as they are. They are comfortable where they are in life. So, we just eventually part ways. My energy just becomes bigger than the situation. I get what you mean when you always say that, the more energy you get it's like an energy vacuum that just starts to pull in more and more energy and more powerful energy from Satchidananda and other masters that start to come to you. First I started with prayer as a teenager. Then, I started the chi gung in my early twenties. And, then I met you 11 or 12 years ago! And the whole time, the energy just keeps getting stronger and stronger. More, and more blockages leaving. I get lighter and lighter. What I am trying to say is that, and I think you are seeing it, that part of me feels like the energy is just carrying me through life. Like pulling me!! I don't know higher, or closer. The energy feels like, superhuman. But, not really that, like just a knowing of the future, the past and the present all together at the same time. Like, NO TIME. Like everything is perfect. Like I've been here before but then again I haven't. I'm gonna work on the soul to monad. Thank you.
