I found that chart today at Zerohedge. I will use it as a lead-in to discuss taxation and income disparity, but first we should ask, is it true? No, it comes from the Tax Foundation, which was started in 1937 by very Satanic Phoenician Empire 2000 Trillion Dollar Rothschild and Black Nobility rich people from General Motors, Standard Oil, and Johns-Manville, so it isn't trustworthy at all. That chart also doesn't tell you what you can learn by digging just a bit at Tax Foundation by taking that last link: the top 1% is now paying only about 23% of their income. You hear a lot about the top bracket being 90% back in the 1950s or 40% now, but that is just misdirection. The effective rate for the very rich is now lower than it has ever been, and it is about to go lower with Trump.
That's the main reason the IRS pretty much quit auditing the lower half: it isn't cost effective. They used to audit a certain percentage of all returns, and they wanted you to think it was random to scare you into compliance. Though of course it never was.
But several decades ago they dropped audits way way down, targeting them to richer people. You can see why. Most people are now so poor in real terms they couldn't pay the IRS anything even if found in default: they simply haven't got it. All intelligent people should be shunning the bestseller lists, the mainstream bookstore chains, and these agents posing as writers, instead mobbing the remaining mom-and-pop used bookstores, the public libraries, Ebay, and Abebooks, which is where the real books are hiding. Many of these you can preview at Gutenberg.org, to be sure they are what you were looking for. This won't solve all your problems, because old books are also heavy with propaganda and lies, especially the history books, but in general they aren't nearly as bad as the newer books, which have no redeeming qualities. The Intel agencies have always been around, that is to say, but they didn't take over the entire culture until the past 60 years or so, so even going back that far will increase your odds dramatically.
Same if we look at something like minerals or oil. Ownership of that should be public, but it isn't. The sporadic revelations
This all cuts to the obscure means and relationships that determine the ways our societies are governed. They are obscure because they couldn't withstand the light of day, and therefore must be concealed and difficult to discern. However, they aren't entirely invisible and if we pay careful attention, every so often, evidence about the way things really work surfaces through unexpected disclosures, testimonies or through patterns of events. Last February for example, former British Prime Minister Liz Truss gave us a stonker of a revelation. Truss appeared in Steve Bannon's War Room and said this:
"What I found out when I got into No. 10 is, I thought that if I got to the top of the tree, I would be able to implement those conservative policies... And what I discovered was that I was not holding the levers. The levers were held by the Bank of England, by the Office of Budget Responsibility, they weren't held by the Prime Minister or the Chancellor..."
Truss went on to point out the obvious problem with this: you can sack the Prime Minister, but you can't sack the BOE officials who hold the levers of power. Around the same time of that revelation, Glenn Beck dropped a similar clue. In an interview with Tucker Carlson published on 21 February 2024 he shared a story of his encounter with George W. Bush:
"I thought of something George Bush told me in the Oval Office. I was asking about the policies and how they were going to change, and he said, 'Glenn, don’t worry, whoever sits behind this desk, in that chair, is going to have the same advice given by the same advisors and they’ll realize, the President’s hands are tied.' I walked out of that room horrified… Why do we even have elections?"

Whoever this God was, it's important for us to recognize that the relationships which George W. and Liz Truss revealed, have been the defining feature of our “democracies” for a very long time.

Indeed, the role of financiers largely defined the pathogenic march of Western civilization. This may sound harsh, but the same basic methods they used to drive eight million American families into foreclosure while causing the deaths of over a million innocent Iraqis have been employed and refined for centuries now. The quest for nine trillion dollars of Alberta oil was motivated by the same pathological greed as the quest of gold, copper, tin, rubber, coffee, spices, cobalt, or lithium in other parts of the world at different times.
We can now better understand how and why, since the 15th century, Western colonial powers destroyed six major indigenous civilizations around the world (Mayas, Incas and Aztecas, India, China and Japan), along with thousands of lesser cultures, tribes and kingdoms. In the process, the colonial powers largely depopulated the native peoples and replaced them with uprooted slaves. The driving motivation has always been an economic one: an unrestrained quest for collateral needed to fuel the financiers’ wealth-extraction process. As James Galbraith reminded us, “There is no such thing in economic life as a nonfinancial event ... Finance is the only way to understand the economy.”
Historian Ramsay MacMullen said that if we are to interpret history correctly, we need to understand the motivations of groups and individuals who shaped it. I believe that Regan Boychuk's expose on the nine Trillion Dollar Alberta collateral contributed an important insight, not only into the bankers' motivations, but also the means and ways by which they execute their plans. The events around Alberta oil, Iraq invasion, the housing bubble, and the subsequent bank bailouts were certainly not random: it is clear that they were orchestrated by powerful interests in our society for their own benefit and without regard for the harm they caused to so many millions of their victims.
In last Thursday’s report I referenced Regan Boychuk’s article in which he made a credible case about the way $9 trillion in Alberta oil resources were turned into legal collateral for US banks and used that collateral to conjure $5 trillion in mortgage debt and inflate the 2000s housing bubble. The bursting of that bubble precipitated the 2008 Global Financial Crisis and unprecedented bank bailouts for a group of Global Systemically Important Banks, while plunging 8 million American families into foreclosure.
On Monday, I published a more thorough report about this on my personal Substack, titled “Gods of finance and dogs of war,” along with a 19-min. video, which is also available on YouTube. One of the reasons why I believe this story is so relevant is because it strongly suggest an element of criminal conspiracies at the heart of our financial systems, which seem to employ credit to inflate financial bubbles, then collapses them, producing the familiar sequence of booms and busts and the seemingly chronic state of financial crises
Japan’s 1980s everything bubble
In his masterful book “Princes of the Yen,” economist Richard Werner detailed how and to what end Japan’s 1980s asset bubble was deliberately inflated by the banking interests, and how it was then deliberately collapsed, leaving the Bank of Japan in full control of Japan’s economy. Having interviewed many bankers, Dr. Werner concluded that, the BOJ “forced the banks to increase lending” in the 1980s by as much as 15% per annum, knowing full well that to reach that quota, they had to increase non-productive loans (the word subprime was not yet in vogue).
The bursting of the Japan bubble in 1990 took a heavy human toll afflicting ordinary people and businesses. In the immediate aftermath of the stock market crash, more than 5 million Japanese lost their jobs and could not find employment elsewhere. Suicide became the leading cause of death for men aged between 20 and 44. From 1990 to 2003, more than 212,000 Japanese firms went bankrupt and land prices in major cities declined by as much as 84%. But again, the bankers did well for themselves. The BOJ won more than independence: it set itself above the law and took sovereign control over Japan’s economy.
Fast forward to 2019, when we could better appreciate the ultimate fruits of BOJ’s labours: at the end of March 2019, the BOJ was among the top 10 shareholders of nearly half of all companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, representing 4.7% of the total capitalization of the first section of Tokyo Stock Exchange. It also held 75% of all exchange-traded funds and 43% of all Japanese Government Bonds representing over 100% of the country’s GDP. Thus, the BOJ has appropriated and is continuing to appropriate large segments of Japanese economy with money drawn from its own printing presses, all behind the smokescreen of crises, stabilizations, rescues, stimuli, quantitative easings, etc. Like with Alberta oil, the process ultimately amounts to nothing but plunder on a colossal scale.
It’s time to change course
The fact that no high-level banker was criminally prosecuted for any of this suggests that the perpetrators and their enablers who walked away with a colossal loot were never subject to law enforcement in the same way that the rest of us are. The impunity they enjoy under our magnificent democracies virtually guarantees that they will keep on doing it. In fact, they're doing it now: today we're witnessing a scramble for Ukraine's resources and a revamped scramble for Africa. The drive to destroy Russia is motivated by the desire to take control of Russian resources.
Moscow will dictate the terms of peace
In one way or another, whether through military conquest or administrative control, Moscow will return Ukraine back into its orbit and we can expect that the future government in Kiev will realigned with Russia. The role of Western interests will be severely curtailed or they will be kicked out altogether, and whatever deals were signed by Sir Kier and agent Zelensky will be torn up and declared null and void. In the end, not a penny of their "investments" in Ukraine will flow to London or to Paris. Ouch!
A new deal for the US
The United States will be able to recoup some of her investment in Project Ukraine through new deals with Russia, but only on mutually beneficial terms. However, it is obvious that this is a much more attractive alternative for the United States: given Russia's massive resource wealth, the upside will be very considerable, with next to no downside risk. On the other hand, providing a security backstop for the European powers would come with a massive downside and with a very dubious upside potential: the US would have to shoulder the cost of security and risk a military confrontation with a rival nuclear power. The up-side was London's "rare earths" three-card monte dangled in front of Trump by their agent Zelensky last fall.
It was extremely optimistic for the Starmer-Johnson cabal to think that they could pull that swindle past Donald Trump, of all people. As Marco Rubio explained, "President Trump isn't going to take that. He's not going to get gamed. He hopes Zelensky isn't trying to hustle the United States, that's not going to be productive here." Of course, everybody and their dogs by now appreciate that Zelensky gets his detailed instructions from London.
The looming credit event
Absent a miracle, Ukraine is headed for total defeat and London and Paris for bankruptcy. At some point, the capital markets will recognize this for what it is and British and European bonds markets will collapse, along with their currencies. For the moment, this is not the case yet, but some unpredictable triggering event will set off an avalanche which will then precipitate an irreversible fall of the degenerated old colonial regimes in Paris and in London.
By the way, Japan and China have also been dumping European Debt. With Europe pushing for World War III, you have to be insane to buy European debt. European shares hold the risk of capital controls, and you will not get your money out when the first bullet is fired of Europe against Russia WW3.
Russia will be destroyed as the Russian government stupidly walks into deception after deception. Under Putin and Lavrov it will be one Minsk Agreement after another while they wait for Europe to tool up for war.
The financiers and their minions will never relent unless and until they face accountability. But we need to do more than just demand accountability for the crimes committed. If we want to build a world of peace and prosperity, we'll have to rewrite our societies' operating systems. We, the people, must demand sovereignty and empower ourselves to plan a future rooted in a genuine love of humanity. How do we do that? We must simply claim that sovereignty and use it. This place - this planet - is our birthright; we do not need anyone's permission to claim it.

But I point this out as the real problem and solution. All talk of taxation or Capitalism v. Socialism is just more misdirection, since what we have is not Capitalism, it is legalized plunder by the rich and corporate welfare. Thankyou for this wonderful course.
I have been using the techniques for little over a week and have noticed a massive change already. After learning the breathing techniques and energy circulation I continued to automatically, naturally, do this for the entire following day!
My body just kept going and it felt great! Since that I have finished the first 4 initiations and have been working my way through a whole host of blockages.
I have found bloomin loads of em!
It's like Tahriro square during rush hour!
But they are clearing and lots of pain is leaving the body.
I have increased my meditations and I'm finding I can achieve more now I've increased the duration as it takes a while to quieten everything down and get rid of the chitta chatter.
I love your teaching style and feel a wonderful energy even through the laptop screen. I will definitely be continuing with the course as soon as I'm able.
