Malthus was assigned by the King and Queen of England back in the late 1800's to go out to specific areas of the country and do so called surveys, and prepare a report finding that the land could not produce enough food to feed all the people, and that is why they needed to reduce the population, to prevent mass starvation, and this was the basis for the plan they developed for continual warfare, never ending wars, so they could reduce the world population to the level they wanted it for easy management and control of the mass of the people ! People in Briton like HG Wells, Aldous Huxley, and his older brother, and other Noble bloodline family members with the Aristocracy, supported and established this continual policy to keep wars going around the world until they reduced the world population to the number they wanted, which is 350 million people, as stated on the Georgia Guidestones "less than 500 million" ; I discovered through spiritual sources that they believed that was the number of people in the world at the time of old Atlantis when it went down, 350 million, so they were carrying out their plan for New Atlantis which was initiated in the late 1500's by a few of the inner circle of British Ruling class Aristocrat and Nobility, Queen Elizabeth, John Dee, Francis Bacon, and perhaps a few others. I found 2 letters between John Dee and an explorer he sponsored to sail to North America and do a survey of the Virginia area, which was not the state of Virginia of today, it was a much larger area of land for the purpose of starting a colony there, which became Jamestown, the 1st Colony of New Atlantis ! In John Dees letter, and in his explorers letter to John Dee, they both called North America "New Atlantis", so there is no doubt this was a plan to start what they called the "New Atlantis" , a plan to set up a world Government on the North American Continent, which they believed was a part of the old Atlantean Empire before the main Islands sank, so eventually they set up their Global Government, the United Nations, on the island of Manhattan, New York, which had been purchased and donated for that purpose by the Rockefellers !
